Systems of oppression are deeply rooted into every facet of how we move throughout our day-to-day. To promote effective and sustained systemic change for more inclusive outcomes, these systems must be successfully identified. Successful strategies address all outcomes of the system to identify root causes. And this can only be done leveraging the unique perspectives of affected individuals.
Sonder's consulting services are built on the relationships, trust, and resulting vulnerability from its professional development programs. Quantitative and qualitative data collected from previous months of respective surveys and live discussions serve as the foundation to pinpoint areas of focus and ultimately design targeted change management strategies.
